Bronx Nephrology Hypertension, P.C. has established the Bronx Diabetes, hypertension and renal
disease Intervention Center located at 2452 Bronx Park East, Bronx, New York 10467. The center was established for the purposes of giving area residents the opportunity to participate in clinical investigations designed to reduce the incidence of Cardiovascular and End Stage Renal disease associated with the metabolic syndrome and diabetes mellitus type 2 by means of nutritional,educational and pharmacological interventions.
